Sonoma Valley Unified School District partners with Facilitron for all facility rental requests. Our schools provide spaces for community events, athletic practices, and meetings when they are not in use for school activities.

How the Rental Process Works
To ensure your event is successful, please follow these four steps:

Browse & Select: Visit our Facilitron Page to see photos, real-time availability, and estimated costs for gyms, fields, and classrooms.

Submit Your Request: Create an account and submit your dates. Note: You must upload a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming SVUSD as additionally insured before a permit can be issued. You can also purchase insurance for your event through Facilitron.

District Review: Once submitted, our School Site and Dirstict staff will review the request for scheduling conflicts. Please allow 5-10 business days for this review.

Finalize & Pay: After the District approves the request, Facilitron will notify you to submit payment. Your Official Permit is issued only after payment is received.
