Sonoma Valley Unified School District partners with Facilitron for all facility rental requests. Our schools provide spaces for community events, athletic practices, and meetings when they are not in use for school activities.

How the Rental Process Works

To ensure your event is successful, please follow these four steps:

  1. Browse & Select: Visit our Facilitron Page to see photos, real-time availability, and estimated costs for gyms, fields, and classrooms.

  2. Submit Your Request: Create an account and submit your dates. Note: You must upload a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming SVUSD as additionally insured before a permit can be issued. You can also purchase insurance for your event through Facilitron. 

  3. District Review: Once submitted, our School Site and Dirstict staff will review the request for scheduling conflicts. Please allow 5-10 business days for this review.

  4. Finalize & Pay: After the District approves the request, Facilitron will notify you to submit payment. Your Official Permit is issued only after payment is received.

Access to Tracks FOB Request

 

The tracks at Sonoma Valley High School Field and Altimira Middle School can be accessed during non-school hours. To request access and receive a FOB electronic key please complete the form below and send to maintenanceinfo@sonomaschools.org. FOB is produced on the 15th and the end of each month. After we have received the form, we will contact you to arrange pick up of the FOB. A $20 deposit is required and will be held till the FOB is returned.
