Welcome to the SVUSD Aeries Parent Portal!

Sonoma Valley Unified School District has officially transitioned from PowerSchool to Aeries as our new Student Information System (SIS). The Aeries Parent Portal is your primary tool for viewing schedules, tracking grades and attendance, and completing mandatory annual student updates.

🚀 Getting Started with Your Account

Parent Portal accounts are generated automatically using the email address on file with the district.

Check Your Email for an Activation Link: Look for an automated account setup email sent by SVUSD.
Set Your Password: Click the activation link in the email and create a secure password to finalize your account.
Log In to the Portal: Visit the portal page or open the app, log in with your credentials, and begin managing your student's profile.

Data Confirmation

📋 Required Step: Data Confirmation

Once logged in, all returning and newly registered families must complete Data Confirmation for the upcoming school year:

Update emergency contacts and medical details.
Review and sign annual district authorizations and policies.
Confirm home address and contact preferences.

You will see the Data Confirmation notification on the bottom of your screen. Select the “Click Here” button to start the data confirmation process.

Note that after the Data Cofmirmation period closes, families will need to contact the school directly to make any changes.
