SVUSD Board Meeting Announcement

  • In response to the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20, which further revised various requirements associated with public board meetings during the current “shelter-in-place”, all meetings are closed to in-person participation by the public; however, the public can still view the meeting live and make public comments.

We encourage the public to observe the Board Meeting and provide public comment and we have established a method that will allow the public to make comments using their own voice and words (rather than having written comments from the public read by District staff).

Please be aware that the public may still send correspondence (such as email, U.S. postal mail, etc.) to Board Trustees.  However, this correspondence is not considered public comment at a Board Meeting and will not be treated as such.

SVUSD Board Meetings are live-streamed via sonomatv.org and recordings posted on YouTube.
