    Dear Wonderful Hornet Families,

The 2022-23 school year is almost here and I want to take this opportunity to welcome all of our families back to campus.  I hope you have enjoyed your summer thus far and are refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready.  As your new principal, I am excited for school to begin and am honored and privileged to work alongside a staff dedicated to making a positive, lifelong impact on every student.

My vision at AHMS is that all students will be engaged in rigorous instruction that prepares them for the high school experience as well as for college and/or career.  We will also focus on students’ social/emotional needs during these critical years of development.  In this way, we will all build a safe and student-centered learning community.

My hope is that this school year is the best yet, and I invite you to partner with us to engage, inspire, and empower a community of learners.
