Intra/Inter District Transfer Information

  • Intra or Inter? What's the difference?

     

    Intra - Intradistrict transfer is a transfer from one school to another school within the same school district.


    Inter - Interdistrict transfer is a transfer from one school district to another school district.

     

    The Intra-district transfer request window for the 2023-2024 school year closed on February 28, 2023.

    If you have already completed an intra-district transfer request, you will be notified of placement offers via mail by the end of April 2023.

    SVUSD is no longer accepting applications for Intra-district (between schools in SVUSD) for 2022-23.
