Intra/Inter District Transfer Information

  • Intra or Inter? What's the difference?

     

    Intra - Intradistrict transfer is a transfer from one school to another school within the same school district.


    Inter - Interdistrict transfer is a transfer from one school district to another school district.

    SVUSD is no longer accepting applications for Intra-district (between schools in SVUSD) for 2021-22.

    The window to submit an Intra-district transfer request for the 2022-23 school year is January 3-February 28, 2022.

    Please note you must also register your child at their home school before an Intra-district transfer request will be considered.
