Welcome back Hornets! Leadership wants to welcome our students back with some fun lunchtime activities on Monday and Tuesday. Join us in the quad at lunch for music and games. Or join us outside room 400’s back door for a coloring station and get your emoji expression drawing posted on our campus walls. Can’t wait to see you all!

Sports Announcement:

We are so excited to announce that Sports are back at Adele Harrison. Our Fall Sports are going to start up quickly and there is some important information you need to know.  The Fall Sports that are offered are 7th and 8th grade girls basketball, 7th and 8th grade Co-Ed Soccer, and Cross Country that is offered to all grades.  Ms Thorpe is going to be sharing more information about the sports in your PE class. It is also during your PE class you will be asked to sign up for the team you would like to try out for. Once you have signed up, you will then receive a sports packet that needs to be taken home and filled out by your parents and signed by both you and your parents. That sports packet MUST be turned back into Ms Thorpe before you would be cleared to tryout. 

The Tryout schedule is not set at this time but to give you a general idea Soccer and Girls Basketball will have their tryouts beginning sometime during the week Of August 23rd that will be held after school. Cross Country will most likely start the week of August 30th. As soon as the tryout schedule is set that information will be shared both in the Bulletin and in your PE class.  If you have any questions feel free to ask Ms Thorpe.
