Library News Hey 6th, 7th and 8th graders who have checked out library books! All books need to be turned in and overdue book fines paid no later than this Friday May 18th or your name will be place on the LOP list for Hornet Hoopla. Get your books turned in and fines paid by the 18th, so you don't miss out on any of the end of school year fun! Thanks, Ms. Harrison
Attention Lion King cast: There will be a cast party for everyone who participated in the production of the Lion King on NEW DATE: Monday, May 21st in the gym. Bring your lunch and treats will be served as well. The party will go into 5th period so let your 5th-period teacher know you'll be late.

Tick to the tock 8th graders…there are still so many of you who have not turned in your paperwork for Promotion events….you have until this coming Friday, May 18th to take care of this….See Ms VH if you have questions about this. Thanks! AND THIS JUST IN!!!!!!! There are 65, yes you heard that correctly, 65 of you, who have not returned your Promotion paper work yet!!!! That’s almost ½ of the 8th grade class!!!!! You have until the Friday to take care of this, otherwise I guess we cancel half of the buses for this year’s FT. Get it together people, get your payments and paperwork to Ms. VH ASAP!!!
Heeeey 6th graders- It is almost the end of the year which means it's MOVIE TIME!! You don't want to miss out on the end of the year field trip to the Sebastiani Theater. In order to make sure you get to go on this field trip you need to have the signed permission slip turned into Ms. Thorpe no later than Friday May18th!! Please get that turned in ASAP, do not put it off. If there are any parents that would like to Chaperone be sure to fill that portion out on the permission slip. Thanks so much!!

Have you returned your Spring Pictures yet to Ms. Thorpe? If you are not planning to purchase them, they must be turned in ASAP….remember if you don’t get these back to her, you will be placed on Hornet Hoopla LOP, so be sure to bring them back!

Do you want to dance at AHMS sporting events, gain performance skills, and be a part of a team? Tryout for Adele Harrison’s Dance Team!! Next year, 2018-2019 Dance Team Auditions - Monday, May 21 from 3:30-5 pm in Room 604. The dance team is part of Sonoma Valley High School student Sebastian Lopez's Senior Project. Wear dance/athletic shoes and or dance shoes (if you have them). Hair needs to be pulled off of your face and bring plenty of water. If you have any questions contact Mrs. Alioto.
