Teen Services Sonoma will be here TODAY during lunch with information of all they have going on and how you can get involved. In particular, 8th grade girls, swing by the quad and get information from Norma from Teen services Sonoma about a girls group you can be a part of!  Hope to see you there!

Attention 7^th and 8^th grade student.  The Winter Dance at Altimira is tonight!  You may arrive between 6 – 6:30 and line up at the main entrance of the multipurpose room.  The dance is from 6:30 – 8.  Please be sure your parents pick you up at 8:00.  Semi-formal dress is encouraged, however dress code still applies.  There will be popcorn, snow cones and various other small snack available for purchase.  Tickets will be on sale today at lunch for $5, and if you purchase at the door, the price goes up to $7.  Hope to see you all there!  Leadership.

Everyone loves a warm pair of cozy socks, but if you don’t have a place to call home, you might not have many pairs to keep you warm this cold winter!  For their community service project, Mrs. Ryans’ Advisory class (room 300) will be collecting socks for Sonoma’s homeless residents.  If each of us could bring one pair of new socks to room 300 – any size or color – before winter break begins, we would really make our community of Sonoma a safer, warmer place this winter.  The socks will be delivered to Sonoma Overnight support, our town’s homeless shelter, where your generous donation will make it to those who need it the most! Hey Hornets, next week we have our Holiday Spirit Week!  Each day will be a different dress up day and we will count you for Spirit points during Advisory on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  Here is the day to day themes:  Monday:  Holiday Hat and sock day; Tuesday is fuzzy day (wear your fuzziest and cuddliest winter clothing): Wednesday is Ugly Sweater day; Thursday is Red and green day and Friday is your favorite….Pajama Day!  Thanks, Leadership
