Heads up Hornets….today we are on another special bell schedule so that we can watch the eclipse. When the 8:55 bell rings, go to your Advisory class instead of 2nd period. (Compressed Math students, you will still be going to Altimira at 8:30, but they are going to have you come back to Adele around 9:45 so you can also be with your Advisory class for some of the time)
Hey Hornets, Listen up! Today and tomorrow, Aug. 21st and 22nd are Picture days here at Adele. During PE classes these two days everyone will be getting their picture taken for their ID cards and for Yearbook photos. If you want to order pictures, you MUST bring in your Picture Order form. If you can’t find the one that was given to you, we have extras in the office.
Remember, All students get their pictures taken, regardless if you are ordering or not.
Yearbook Info. Ms. Wedell wants everyone to know that yearbooks are available for purchase for the super low price of $40! This offer only lasts until the end of Sept., so come to the office and pick up a flyer for all the info! Thanks
Attention all Safe School Ambassadors! We will have our first meeting of the year next Tuesday at lunch in the library. You will get passes as a reminder too. See you then, Ms. Bellach
Athletics!
Tryouts for Soccer begin today 8/21 from 3:30-5:15 and continue on 8/22 (same time) and Wed. 8/23 from 2:45 – 4:30. Final team rosters will be posted after Wednesday tryout at 5:30. All tryouts and practices will be at the high school field.
Tryouts for Girls BB (7th and 8th grade) happen tomorrow 8/22 and Thursday 8/24 from 3:30 – 5:15. Coach Thorpe will meet the girls in the gym/locker room and the teams will be posted Friday morning outside the gym doors.
Cross Country CO-ED 6th – 8th grade practices will begin 8/28, Monday Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-4:30. Coach Hoban will meet the athletes out at the blacktop at 3:30 on each day.
