Calling all those interested in creating an original AHMS play/musical through Zoom! We are looking for a crew of creative individuals who will work together to create a pay/musical based on the experiences of middle schoolers during distance learning, etc. Let your experiences be your inspiration! If you want to be a part of this new and exciting project, or if you just want to find out more about how we will create this play/musical through Zoom, then join in our informational meeting Tuesday, January 26th at 12:10pm (lunch time). Hey hornets! Adele is looking for students to join the Safe School Ambassadors (SSA) club! SSA is a club for students to learn different ways and strategies to help stop bullying or mistreatment around campus and even online. This is a great club for you to learn how to be an upstander for your school community. We meet once every other week, on Wednesdays at 12:15 to 12:45. To apply, we have linked the applicant form here in the daily bulletin, and also to the Counseling Google Classroom. This form is to tell us a little bit about yourself and why you are interested in joining this club. Please fill out the application by Monday, February 1st. After you apply, you will receive an email inviting you to join the Safe School Ambassadors Google Classroom with more information. We hope to see you at our next meeting!

 

AHMS ALEKS TOPICS COMPETITION

We will be having a friendly competition during the month of February to see which students learn the most topics in the ALEKS program.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 students in each grade level.

Competition starts February 1st at 12:01 AM and ends February 28th at 11:59 PM.

Just sign into your ALEKS account during the month of February and learn as many topics as possible. Remember to make sure you complete your math classes ALEKS assignments.

 

Participate in the We Have A Dream Too Video

Mrs. Alioto's advisory class created a video sharing one to two lines from their 'I Have a Dream To'  Poem that we did in advisory a couple weeks ago. Hey Hornets! This Friday in Mrs. Bellach’s Lunch Hangout from 12-12:30 we will be playing an Adele inspired Family Feud. There's going to be lots of awesome questions and we will be having tons of fun! Hope to see you there! - Leadership
