Well there are no Adele Birthdays today so you know what that means….it wacky trivia for September 28^th!

Monday, Sept. 28th

Mindful Monday-  Breathing 

Happy Breathing Exercise Tuesday! Today we will try a technique called lion breathing. Breathing allows us to focus only on what’s around us and has tons of health benefits! To get started: 

1. Sit up straight. Be comfortable but with good posture.
2. Breathe in all the way through your nose until your lungs are completely filled.
3. Breathe out through your mouth like a lion! It should feel hot and make a sound like a strong “HAAAAA”.
4. Repeat 5 times!

Hornet Humor!

1. On the football field, what kind of shoes does the center wear?
2. Hiking boots.
