Adele Harrison MS Student Bulletin, October 7, 2019 A Day

Attention 6th graders: your permission slip for the college field trip to SSU is due this Friday, Oct. 11th to your advisory teacher. Please remember to get it signed and turned in this week.

There is a great opportunity to get involved in something big; where you can make a positive impact on your community and the environment now! Check out the Ecology Club.

Join the Ecology Club at our kick off meeting to learn more.  It happens TODAY, Oct 7th, after the 10 minute bell, Rm 402.  Hope to see you there, Mr. Brockway

Congratulations to Ms. Wedell's Advisory class for earning the top percentage of students wearing college gear last Tuesday. Don't forget to wear college gear again tomorrow for your Advisory class!

The points have been tallied for our last Advisory Spirit Competition - Neon dress up day and activity! In first place is Ms. Shellie Ryan's class with 38 points! In second place is Ms. Ventura's class with 18 points, and in third place is Ms. Hoban's class with 16 points. Also, congratulations to Charlie Spencer for winning the egg race with the fastest time, earning 18 points for Ms. Shellie Ryan's Advisory class! Check out the points board by the cafeteria to see your Advisory class standings. Thanks, Leadership

8th graders! You have until the end of the week to get your 8th grade hoodie order forms into the office. If you need a new form, they are in the office. Turn them in by Friday!

This Friday is Crazy Hat Day! You get 2 points for wearing a crazy hat and you could even make one if you really want to participate. Undecorated baseball caps do not count. Remember, you can also wear spirit wear for 2 points. You can only earn 2 points maximum.

This Friday's noontime activity will be a Water Balloon Toss! Advisory classes must send TWO students to toss the balloons to each other in order to earn points, with a chance to win 15 spirit points for your class. Please come to the field after the 10 minute bell. See you there! Leadership

Yearbook Club will meet this Thursday, October 10th in room 301.  Everyone is welcome.

Let Mrs. Wedell know if you have any questions. See you there!

Mrs. Wedell
