Hey everybody, don’t forget that our Picture Days are at the end of this week, Thursday and Friday, Aug 29^th and 30^th, during your PE classes.  Bring you picture order form to give to the Lifetouch folks or go online and do your order before you have your picture taken.  If you lost your order form, there are extras in the office.  Remember this picture is used in the Yearbook, and also will be on your ID card, so remember to dress appropriately and SMILE!   If you miss getting your picture taken we will have a re-take day, towards the end of September.  Thanks

Still Looking for TA’s! The following TA positions are available.  Remember, to be a TA you use the period of your Elective class only and you need to be a 7^th or 8^th grader only.  You need to speak to the teacher about being a TA and get a note from them to give to Ms. Bellach.  Here is the list and the periods needed:  Ms. Castaneda needs TA’s for periods 1, 2 and 3.  The office needs TA’s for 2^nd and 3^rd period.  Thanks!

Tuesday 7th 3:30-5:00  8th 5:00-6:30

Wednesday  7th 2:45-4:15  8th 4:15-6:00

Thursday 7th 3:30-5:00   8th 5:00-6:30 

No practice Friday

Soccer Tryouts: Co Ed team- 7^th and 8^th graders only

Tuesday 8/27 :   3:30-5:30

Wed 8/28 :  2:45-4:45

Thursday 8/29:  3:30-5:30

The team will be posted Thursday evening

1^st day of practice will be Friday  8/30  from 3:30-5:30   

Practice Tuesday 9/3 3:30-5:00 followed by a parent meeting in room 604 at 5:30

Cross Country: Girls & boys-  6^th, 7^th, 8^th graders may run 

Athletes will be running long distances- 1.8-2.2 miles 

“Tryouts”  Tuesday August 27^th  and Thursday August 29^th 

Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30
