• We are excited to welcome students and families to our campus with the aim that all students will graduate both "college and career ready.”  This means our goal is that ALL students will be prepared academically AND have choices when they graduate from Sonoma Valley High School.  High expectations for all is something to celebrate!

We welcome our incoming freshmen to one of our three Freshmen Teams – Fuji, Mauna Kea or Olympus. We look forward to greeting all freshmen with Link Crew, a peer support program that helps orient and transition new students to SVHS. Junior and senior Link Crew leaders meet freshmen on the first day of school and will follow up with peer mentoring activities throughout the year.  Welcome freshmen and freshmen families to Sonoma Valley High School!

Positive energy is definitely in the air.  Beginning dates for sports and cheer are included on the “Important Registration Information” handout.  Packets to sign up are available on the high school website, www.sonomavalleyhigh.org or in the main office. Please remember that students will need a current physical in order to be able to tryout for any athletic or cheer team.

Home room configurations will allow us to provide information about digital citizenship, college planning, career readiness, Senior Project, PLUS student forums, student leadership and General Assembly, social/emotional support/strategies, counseling and scheduling, rallies and speakers, emergency drills and more.

Parents, we invite you to our campus and encourage you to play an active role in your student’s education by participating in Dragon activities and community events.

Please do not hesitate to call with questions or concerns at 933-4030, or email me at khawing@sonomaschools.org.   GO DRAGONS!
