In lieu of insurance, SVUSD offers a Vision Reimbursement of up to $450/year per employee and their dependents, prorated to their FTE (effective 7/1/2022).

To submit reimbursement, please complete the Vision Reimbursement Form (linked here), attach the original receipt(s), and submit it to the address/department below. 

Please note the Business Department handles the reimbursement, not Human Resources.
