Sonoma Valley Unified's Essential Standards for Teaching & Learning

"Essential Standards" represent the base knowledge, skills, and content that all students are expected to learn and acquire in each grade level. However, they do not represent ALL of the instruction that teachers design and deliver.
These Essential Standards should be considered a starting place to understand what students are learning.They are constantly evolving as teachers collaborate, instruct, and assess.
